Our Founder’s story How it all started

When Michael Hartel went through his own kitchen remodel, he was floored – not by the cost, but by the chaos. For someone with a PhD in engineering who had spent his career at a Fortune 100 company building systems where process was everything, ‘winging it’ wasn’t an answer he could accept.
